Translation of subtitles from English to Spanish for the English historical novel *The Book of Days* by Francesca Kay, in which Alice lives confined in a stately home that suffocates her; her husband, whose health continues to deteriorate, thinks of nothing else but the salvation of his immortal soul; to that end, he decides to build a funeral chapel where he can rest alongside his first wife, and where Masses will be said and prayers offered for his soul.
